I've been a Realtor since 1992 and I became a Real Estate Broker in Oct. 2008 and opened the doors to my company, Doerr Realty, (www.DoerrRealty.com) in Jan. 2009. I expanded my company and opened a satellite office in Austin TX. Dec. 2015. I received my NAR Green Designation in 2009 and I use the knowledge I gained to help educate my clients about buying and selling green homes, green building practices and working with green homebuilders. I try and stay abreast and involved with ever changing sustainability practices in building and beyond by attending green sustainable events and conferences. I'm also a Certified International Property Specialist(CIPS), a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist(RSPS) and Transnational Referral Certified(TRC). (I've been an Intl'. real estate consultant for Mexico and parts of Central America since 2000). I'm a member of the NAR Green Resource Council, the USGBC Balcones Chapter of Texas as well as the National Association of Realtors(NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors(TAR) the San Antonio Board of Realtors(SABOR), the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR) and the Floyd Wickman Master Sales Society(MSS).
