We are a LEED for Homes Provider and assist home builders, whether an individual or company, with the LEED for Homes process including preliminary ratings, LEED arrettes, documentation review and field verification.

Experience

Our manager, Rich Franz-Under was the driving force behind the construction of the first LEED certified building in Arizona. We are working on custom homes, production subdivisions and assisted living facilities. We are responsible for over 500 LEED for Homes registered units. We have certifed all levels of LEED cluding Platinum.

Qualifications

Rich Franz-??nder is a registered architect in Arizona and California, he is a LEED and a LEED for Homes Green Rater. In addition, we have one LEED een Rater and six LEED s on staff. We also have idependent green raters through out the region that work with us. All of our staff has been trained by the International Code Council in building safefy.
