Our Charlotte, NC based company was formed to relax community wide dependence on fossil fuels. Energy Wise Solutions provides green building verification for ENERGY STAR,NAHB C HealthyBuilt Homes and LEED for Homes . We are also official HERS raters and can verify your home for the Builders Challenge. We also offer a wide array of solar services including consulting and system design, professional installation and product sales. In an effort to promote energy conservation, we are proud to offer energy audits. Our process includes a detailed inspection of the site, blower testing and infrared testing as well. If interested, we are now able to offer software performance modeling as well.

Experience

The LEED for Homes Program was developed by the USGBC to create a standard for sustainable homes. In shortly more than 12 years, the program has included over 14,000 projects in 30 countries.
