Services

Viridiant is a non-profit providing education and services in the residential green building and building science markets. We provide certification services for the EarthCraft family of programs, ENERGY STAR, WaterSense, and LEED for Homes. Viridiant works with both single family and multifamily projects.

Experience

We have certified over 2,400 single family new construction houses, 17,000 multi-family units, and 40 single family renovation projects. Projects have ranged from small Habitat for Humanity houses to 400+ unit multi-family projects.
