DesignTeam Plus is a full service residential and commercial architectural firm specializing in low impact site design, sustainable design, LEED rtification consultation, energy analysis and renewable energy design for both wind and solar for new construction and renovation projects.

Who We Are: Formed in 2012 by professionals with backgrounds in architecture, interior design, Design Team Plus is a full-service design firm located in Southeast Michigan. Architect Harold Remlinger, and interior designer Shari Stein were principals in their own individual firms when they came together to work on several volunteer projects in the metropolitan Detroit area in late 2012. Their shared passion for design, education, and making a difference in their communities led them to form Design Team Plus. Clients include companies in the health care, commercial, corporate, retail and residential. Our Culture: The partners have taught at Lawrence Technological University, in Southfield, MI, and have lectured widely throughout the U.S., on such topics as universal design and sustainability. These values are deeply reflected in many of their projects.
Qualifications
Harold Remlinger, Principal Architect of DesignTeam Plus, LLC has over 24 years of experience working in the field of Architecture and Construction. As a Michigan licensed architect and builder and a licensed architect in Ohio and Florida, Harold has designed, developed and observed the successful completion of a multitude of residential and commercial projects varying in scale and complexity. Professinoal Affiliations: -American Institute of Architects (AIA) -United States Green Building Council (USGBC) -National Counsil of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) -Lawrence Tech Alumni Association Shari Stein, Principal Interior Designer for DesignTeam Plus, LLC has over twenty-five years of experience in the field of interior Design. Shari serves as a Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan since 1997.
