Nominate your project for the 2018 LEED Homes Awards

We are looking for the most innovative and extraordinary residential LEED projects from 2018. If you are an architect, home builder or developer, please nominate your favorite projects from the past year.
The LEED Homes Awards recognize projects that have demonstrated leadership in the residential building marketplace.
Project categories
- Outstanding Single Family Project. Recognizes a single family project for outstanding performance in the LEED rating system.
- Outstanding Affordable Project. Recognizes an affordable residential LEED-certified project for outstanding performance in the LEED rating system and for particular innovation above and beyond the scope, requirements and prerequisites of LEED.
- Outstanding Multi-Family Project. Recognizes a multifamily housing project for outstanding performance in the LEED rating system.
- Outstanding Developer. Recognizes a developer for outstanding commitment to the LEED rating system.
- Project of the Year. Recognizes a LEED-certified project for outstanding performance in the LEED rating system and for particular innovation above and beyond the scope, requirements and prerequisites of LEED.
The awards also recognize the LEED Homes Power Builders, an elite group of developers and builders who have exhibited an outstanding commitment to LEED and the green building movement within the residential sector.
In order to be considered as a Power Builder, developers and builders must have certified 75 percent of their homes/unit count built in 2018. Homes at any LEED certification level—Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum—are eligible for consideration.
To be eligible for an award, projects must have certified between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2018. Nominations will be accepted until May 15.
