Susan Linares is a Certified Green Building Professional through Build-It-Green and is working towards her LEED Accreditation. Linares Design’s largest and most green project to date is an environmentally conscious development of six luxury estates. We were privileged to work alongside a team of professionals both experienced in and committed to green design.
Company Description
Linares Design was established in 2001 and has completed projects throughout the Bay Area. We continually strive to provide thoughtful and creative solutions to project challenges. Our goal is to create healthy, durable, and beautiful homes appropriate to our clients’ vision and budget.
Work in our office ranges from small remodels to major additions and new construction. Sensitive design can eliminate the need for costly expansion. We take advantage of opportunities to increase building performance, provide resource-efficient fixtures and choose healthy materials from sustainable sources.
Susan Linares, AIA is a California Licensed Architect since 2002. Her 14 years of professional experience includes residential and commercial renovations and new residential construction. Romeo Linares has worked in the architecture profession for 14 years. He has managed residential and commercial projects from schematic design to project completion, and is well versed in all phases of the construction process. Romeo is currently working towards professional licensure and LEED Accreditation.
