I have formed a Green Performance Network of community and business professionals involved in eco-friendly products and resources, and I have developed a loan product with our local Countrywide Home Loans branch that recognizes and rewards green features in a home by paying a new homebuyer’s utility costs for up to 1 year. My business is becoming green certified by the City of Santa Cruz and I am involved in an affordable housing building project in Watsonville, California that is now part of the LEED residential pilot program.

I’m an activist, environmentalist, real estate broker and green real estate developer. The majority of my time is spent marketing properties and negotiating sales for my clients while offering them guidance on sustainability. On my own, I’m developing the Green Lofts in South Los Angeles across from the light rail station. Currently under construction, the Green Lofts are a demonstration of reclaimed and environmentally sensitive materials, energy efficiency, sustainable design and urban densification. As a real estate broker, previously I co-owned a large office for a national franchise. Now my time is entirely client focused and I offer seasoned real estate experience and a solid knowledge base of green products, design and implementation. I am skilled at marketing properties for my clients and can educate buyers about the benefits and value of green building.
