Tessera hand-cut glass mosaic tiles produce a variety of stunning field patterns and border designs, with results ranging from clean and simple to extremely intricate. This classic tile can be used in any design style, including contemporary/modern, traditional, craftsman, country, colonial, Southwestern or Mediterranean.
Tessera 1”x1” field tile is offered in 39 colors including iridescent and non-iridescent finishes. Also offered are a variety of 1” field tile blends ranging from subtle to stunning color combinations. Custom blend combinations are also available.
Four different sizes are offered: 1” x 1”, 1” x 2”, 2” x 2” and 1.75” Hexagon. A wide variety of field tile patterns and borders are offered in numerous colors, tile sizes and designs.
Tessera Aquarium decos add interest and whimsy to any design. Coordinating trim - coves, quarter rounds and v-caps – can be used with any of our tile offerings.
Tessera mosaics can be used on most interior and exterior walls, floors, countertops, and pools in residential and commercial applications.
Oceanside Glasstile uses more than 600 tons of recycled glass annually, manufacturing a wide range of tile, many with post-consumer recycled bottle content ranging from 25 percent to 85 percent by volume, while certain specialty colors consist of 100 percent post-industrial recycled glass.

These glass tiles are manufactured in a similar manner to conventional products except that energy consumption for the processing of raw materials has been reduced because they contain recycled glass (the percentage depends on color). However, energy consumption is still greater than some other products. Extraction impacts are also reduced by the use of recycled wastes.
