What are pros /cons with using Cork in kitchen (not slab) &what should I ask installer to make sure it is done right & what type is best?

this is a raised foundation subfloor..We could install over the old linoleum? the new cabinets have been put in...do we use cork for toe kick? what are advantages of click type of cork and the glue type and does it make a difference if we choose a colored cork & do we need to put a sealer on & is a sealer eco friendly??

I would recommend Hard woods for a Kitchen. The Cork will not stand up to the moister in the Kitchen in the long run. I have renovated homes with 100 year old hard wood flooring through out the home including the wet areas. The Hard woods are a better investment and ROI . Sincerely Alexander
