I need to recommend a fix for air leaks through recessed can lights in a vaulted ceilings. Without totally replacing the can is there an ins

These are can lights that are in a rafter cavity not IC rated. These cans approximately 30 each in a home I performed a blower door test on. They were very air leaky.

Well this is an easy one at least based on how I am reading this - the only fix based on what you are describing is to remove, fix the insulation issues, drywall & place in a few surface mounts (sorry even IC rated wont help here) Add under cabinet for task & ambient as needed
