Breathe Easy, is one company we heard about who makes "green cabinets". Their -custom cabinets are made with 3/4-inch plywood held together with safe, water-based adhesives. For the doors, you could go with solid woods, bamboo, or no-formaldehyde -medium-density -fiberboard (MDF). Talk to them : http://www.breatheeasycabinetry.com/ Happy Building !

I live in Tempe AZ, near Phoenix. Most of the people I talk to don't know what I'm talking about. It's hard to get info. I even called Scottsdale Green building program and have got nowhere there too. So far, I only get old contacts for places no longer in business when I look for green cabinets and some other green stuff here. I'm hoping there is something at least sort of affordable out there.
